Carine, 58, works as a housekeeper in the southern Alps. More than a decade ago, she started her own side business: a food truck that has turned into a summertime go-to for tourists and locals on the banks of Lake Serre-Ponçon. But the truck isn’t getting any younger, and Carine worries that she won’t have the means to repair it. We find her grappling with uncertainty and navigating what may be the end of an era.
