Victor Martin, an unknown hero, is sent in October 42 by the Belgian Resistance to find out the destination of deportation trains leaving Belgium? His journey led him to the doors of Auschwitz. Through Victor Martin’s report, the film will relate his exceptional humanitarian spy mission in the form of an historical road movie. The film will follow Victor Martin’s journey across Europe, and will feature previously unreleased archive material, interviews with former concentration camp prisoners, and ex-workers of the S.T.O. from Auschwitz (the Wartime Compulsory Work Service).
