The war engaged by the United States against VietNam between 1961 and 1975, did not only resultedin the dead of 4 to 5 millions peoples, this war did notstopped when it supposedly “ended”. The war continues,due to the dioxin (Agent Orange), that the UStroupes sprayed to destruct forest, plantation andthe populations. Thousands of children are born eachyears, either deformed, stillborn and/or with majorhandicaps as a result of prenatal dioxin exposurefrom Agent Orangen and nobody can predict whenthis contamination will end if ever. The United Statesare responsible of war crimes and crimes againsthumanity. In parallel to the testimonies, Jean MarcTurine, reads a letter that he dedicates to, Liên, ayoung innocent victim of dioxin.
