25 years after the world was marked by the White March, bringing hundred of thousands of Belgian people in the streets of Brussels to express their shock, sadness, and their need of protection for the children once the notorious child abuser and killer Marc Dutroux was arrested, voices of a generation of children of the 90s rise in this film. The collective trauma is told in a choral way delivering memories altered by time and distorted by the media prism. Their voices deliver their intimate perception of the fear, the media coverage, and the generational trauma incurred.
