Through this portrait of a Doctors without Frontiers task force in a little town in tha heart of Angola, this film documents the ravages of trypanosomiasis-commonly known as sleeping sickness- shedding light on the reasons for its resurgence and exposing the negligence of the industrialised countries in the face of this “disease of the poor”.
