In Brussels these days, Karim, 17 and homeless, is being informed that he and his father Gégé are finally getting the social housing they have been asking for the past 10 years. But Gégé is a homeless drug addict and Karim has no news from him. He starts looking for him and finally finds him in an advanced state of need, lying in an dreadful squat. As Karim struggles to convince Gégé to get out this place with him, two excited young people arrive at the squat, filming the misery on their smartphones. They offer the drug addicts a sordid deal to boost the buzz, for which Gégé immediately falls. Karim, disappointed, has to make a decision to turn the situation around.
