Go Short 2025: Two Belgian Short Films in the Program of the Festival’s 17th Edition
"Bobel’s Kitchen" and "The Carp and the Child" are part of the 2025 edition of the Dutch festival Go Short
Go Short is the most important Dutch festival for short films. For five days, over 280 short films are screened in and around LUX in Nijmegen. Besides screenings there are exhibitions, workshops, performances, parties and more. Go Short accepts all short film genres: animation, documentary, fiction/live-action and experimental/artfilm.
Bobel’s Kitchen de Fiona Rolland (La Cambre) has been selected for the Family Shorts 4+ and LUX Mini x Go Short 2+ sections.
Bobel is a poisonous little mushroom, who wants to become a chef and sell his delicacies at the village market. But who will ever buy food made by a poisonous mushroom?
The Carp and the Child by Morgane Simon and Arnaud Demuynck is also part of the LUX Mini x Go Short 2+ program. The film is produced by La Boîte,... Productions.
