"Kelasi" wins Le Poulain de bronze at FESPACO
The 28th edition of the largest African film festival ended on Saturday, March 4. Among the award-winning films is "Kelasi" by Fransix Tenda Lomba.

The program of this 28th edition also included three French-speaking Belgian productions and two co-productions.
On the side of feature documentaries, we find two titles of Wallonia-Brussels, produced by Neon Rouge Production, in official competition: Money, Freedom, a Story of CFA Franc by Katy Léna N'diaye and Omi Nobub by Carlos Yuri Ceuninck.
Also note the presence of two co-productions in the program of this edition. The feature film fiction The Blue Caftan by Maryam Touzani, co-produced by Velvet film, elected in feature film competition. The film Nayola by José Miguel Ribeiro, co-produced by Luna Blue Film, was presented in the parallel section PANORAMA.
The 28th edition of FESPACO took place from February 27 to March 6, 2023 in Ouagadougou, the capital of Burkina Faso.
